Objectives:
To ensure proper implementation of projects as per the policies and strategies of the Center for Zakat Management (CZM).
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare the operational plan for the village organizations (VO).
- Facilitate to conduct the weekly meeting of VO.
- Provide professional inputs as required to the leaders of VOs.
- Ensure to provide business support to the VO members.
- Ensure to collect savings and installment of investment.
- Establish networks with different strategic stakeholders including local NGOs and CBOs.
- Prepare Training Plan and conduct Life Skill training.
- Set targets and drives for achieving results ensuring its quality.
- Act as a team player while ensuring team cohesion and shooting troubles among the team and beyond.
- Perform any other activities as delegated by the PM.
Employment Status
Full-time based on Project period (Primarily 5 years).
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
Additional Requirements
- Age at most 35 Years
- Must have bye cycling experience
