Crowdfunding System & Website Manager
The Crowdfunding System & Website Manager will oversee CZM’s crowdfunding platform and website — ensuring smooth operation, donor engagement, and performance-driven growth. The role requires a balance of technical skills, creative communication, and data-driven analysis to help modernize faith-based giving through digital tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage crowdfunding campaigns: create content, visuals, and progress updates.
- Monitor platform performance; report and resolve technical issues.
- Track campaign metrics and prepare periodic performance reports.
- Handle donor queries with empathy and professionalism.
- Maintain and update website content, design, SEO, and usability.
- Ensure system security, backups, and data accuracy.
- Coordinate with developers, vendors, and internal teams for platform improvements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets.
- Proficient in AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva) for content creation and reporting.
- Excellent writing skills in Bangla and English.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy.
- Knowledge of digital fundraising or crowdfunding is an advantage.
