A seminar on ‘Utilization of Zakat for sustainable poverty alleviation’ jointly organized by Chittagong Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce & Industry (CMCCI) and Center for Zakat Management (CZM) was held on Saturday at CMCCI Conference hall. Professor Dr. Mahbubur Rahman, North South University, Professor Dr. A K M Abdul Kader, Department of Arabic, Chittagong University and Dr. Mohammad Ayub Miah, CEO of CZM was the key speakers of the seminar.
